After 40 days in the hospital and 30 days on life support, Don has lost his fight. His brother Ken will have more details when he is home in a few days. RIP Don, you will be missed more than you know................Jim Cardey

This is terrible news. My sincerest condolences to his many friends and family. Let's hope somebody builds a truly unique and unusual motor for this new URA series, it would be a great way to honor his legacy and vision in this sport. Rest peacefully Don you will be missed.
