http://chipganassiracing.com/ViewArticle.aspx?articleid=11842 Full time in the Nationwide series this year with Turner Scott Motorsports. A quality ride with a quality driver, I think we'll see good things. I hope he can still fit some dirt into his schedule.

What a shame.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

If this kid adapts as quickly in this series as he has in others I think you will see him full-time next year in the Cup series.

I wish him safety and success! Smile

I think "that's too bad for us" would be a better choice of words. He is living his dream and is likely going to have financial success like most of us could only dream of. I am glad I got to see him race in what looks like his one and only Knoxville Nationals. (Watkins Glen on the schedule for Aug 10th in nationwide series) Although he didn't have a spectacular showing, it might be a big deal to me someday if he really makes it as big as I think he is going to. Hopefully the Nascar schedule will change down the road and they will be in Chicago or somewhere close by when the Nat's are on. ?

Someone to root for on Saturdays now! (sundays soon?)

You will have to wait a bit for that answer. He, milwaski (et al) are busy creating it!!!!

What does talent have anything to do with if he makes it to the cup level or not? If talent had anything to do with it he would go straight there and Danica would be doing what she does best: Slinking across the hood of a car scantily clad......

It's still great to see that someone with outstanding talent but modest means still has a path to the big stage in racing. Congrats to this amazing talent and his supportive family.

via Twitter: Chip Ganassi says deal with Larson-Turner Scott is more than 1-year deal. No set timeline for Cup. Kyle is allowed to race open-wheel events.

Wonder if his "open wheel" events are limited to wings only? Anyone heard? It was certain he would be moving on and I'm happy for him, but the selfish side of me says its a shame we wont see much of him on the dirt scene. =((
