TROPHY CUP NEWS

This the 20th year of the Trophy Cup was going to be the last year for me to be the main person involved with this race. The reason for this update is things have changed, after the 2012 Trophy Cup my Family and Trophy Cup Crew convinced me to keep doing it for Make-A-Wish. In my response I said we were going to pay $50,000. to the overall winner; as my way of going out big. Now that I will still be involved with the Trophy Cup I have decided that the $30,000. Extra money going to the overall winner will be spread out in the point fund so all drivers competing in the Saturday "A" main will benefit. The total payout in the point fund alone with be $76,060 Making the Trophy Cup the highest paying 360 race in the USA. In addition to that the format has been revised to help the teams that qualify in the bottom half of the field. NEW FOR 2013 ONE TEAM WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY INTO THE SATURDAY "A" MAIN AND START 25TH . THERE WILL BE AN AUCTION FOR THAT SPOT WITH THE STARTING BID AT $2,500. THE WINNER OF THAT AUCTION WILL START 25TH AND GET AT LEAST $2,000 BACK FOR JUST STARTING THE SATURDAY "A" MAIN. THE MONEY FROM THE AUCTION WILL GO TO MAKE-A-WISH.

The non wing show on Thursday night will also have a change in the format along with a BIG, BIG increase of $14,00 to guarantee a $35,000 purse.

Race fans, driver and crews set Oct. 17,18,19, 2013 on your calendar for the best 3 days of racing you will see. Make your reservation TODAY CALL LISA @.(559) 688-0909

Can we all bring our go karts to race on the little track? I know most of us have atleast one kart we race during the off season. I think it would be fun to school some of the sprintcar drivers. I can bring 3 karts. I just have to finish the new one.
