I race sprint cars in Canada- I am in the Heavy Equipment Business. I know we get some Aussie's and Kiwi's on this site. I want to sell some Wheel Loaders, Excavators etc into Australia and New Zealand so that next year I have an excuse to come over and see some racing, maybe even rent a ride on the other side of the globe.
In Canada we use Kijiji.ca as a really effective classified forum to advertise my new and used machinery to end users and ebay for the USA as well as Craigs list. (Of course the normal MachineryTrader.com is my main staple... but mostly dealers)
I hit the Chili Bowl because I am a dealer for Vacuworx, I raced in California in 07 from sales in Southern California, Montana because I sell lots there... I want to ad a couple more places to this list.
What would be some good sites to advertise machines on in Australia and New Zealand? Hope no one is offended that I put this - "not so racing" note on here.

You might try posting at www.sprintcarworld.com/au and see if those guys can direct you.
Good luck...but a warning. IF you get down there DO NOT eat any VEGAMITE...regardless of what the Aussies say about it.
