Aerodine Composites in Indy makes them.
I have been told they are very expensive.
If you get a price or find a cheaper option please post info, I am also interested in an affordable version.

I have a hood,complete 2 piece right side, and left side arm guard, and dash all carbon fiber from a 2008 JEI I baught from KKR. What is it worth? Make an offer..

I've owned several KKR 2008 hoods, and they're NOT carbon fiber. While they're also not typical hand-laid fiberglass, they are a very high quality glass material, not CF. The other parts, (i.e. side panels, nose, dash and lower panels all are carbon fiber however.)
The hoods are a PITA to get on and off (even on KKR JEI and Maxim cars). Additionally, if you don't have a KKR-type C&R radiator with the hook ups down low, you will have to cut the drop down,leading forward lower edge of the hood a significant amount for cooling lines and possibly the radiator cap itself as well...
