Good race last night as Clayton (struggled with engine troubles all night..no hot laps and no heat) came from the back of the B and finished 2nd and from 16th in the A and won it. First time I have seen Larson race and was impressed. Finished 2nd..coulda tossed a wheel into Clayton but ran clean. Ballou was 3rd. Dunno what was up after the races with all the boos directed towards Ballou but oh well. Nice track...nice fans...concessions very fast and reasonable. First time to a dirt race since I moved to TN from Oregon...had a great time. Still not a fan of mods. But that could just be me.

On a side note anyone know whose car Larson was in? No sponsors on the side of it...just wonderin

Ballou not happy when Daron hit him going into turn one and got him a bit sideways. Daron is easily the crowd favorite at Haubstadt. They even cheered when he pushed off to see if it was firing on all 8!

That was more than a good race it was a hell of a GREAT race,all thru the pack!!

Kevin Eckert told me last night that Larson told him that Haubstadt was his 100th race of the season. It was his first time in a sprint car at Haubsatdt,and only his 2nd visit there,his frst time was running in a midget in the Hut 100 earlier this year
