Jason Johnson, Rickey Stenhouse, TBJ Brian Brown, Jack Dover, Jordan Boston all will be in the house. The Dude is gonna try his best to make it there to drive the Mark Burch 1m. Also want to say good luck to my boy Frankie Galusha driving the F & S Racing 2F. Keep your eye on this guy, trust me.

This will be my second time visiting Eagle (first time was 2 years ago at the Nebraska Cup), I'm looking forward to the race and seeing some top quality cars competing against each other.

So how'd you like "The Nebraska Cup" Coltan? .....The racing was close and fast !!!!! Good field of 33 cars on hand with JJ taking the $5000 win ( plus sweeping $1550 in lap money) over Jack Dover and becoming the first 3 time winner of the event (Dover, Droud Jr, and JJ Riggins having won twice) The Ford powered duo were turning almost identical lap times. A good run by Danny Lasoski in the Burch 1m, taking 2nd from Dover with 3 to go, but the repass by Jack going into one which relegated the Dude back to 3rd on the last lap was priceless. TBJ had a solid run in the first night in an Eagle/Ott combo (after a little lap 1 glitch) finishing 4th, with Billy Alley rounding out the top 5. Frank Galusha won the B in convincing fashion. Ricky Stenhouse, who had been fast, continued to struggle at Eagle, but was making a run for a transfer spot in the B when he tangled with another car and broke the left front. Downsides were flips by Tige Jensen, Don Droud Jr, Brandon Hahn, and a wild one by track champion Mike Boston on the opening lap of the A........All in all another great "Cup".........SC

I was very pleased by the races I saw. Good heats and good features with a lot of competitive cars and top caliber drivers. And it was only $15 to get in (which is a good price compared to some other tracks, especially when you are a college student). Well worth the two hours of driving there and back. I'm probably going to head further north in a couple weeks to attend the Fall Brawl at I-80 (never been there before) and hopefully see the same caliber of show.

Good races. That hole in turn 1 has to be getting close to a Million $ hole over ther 20 some years I have been going to Ealge. It is too bad it cant be tamed. I cannot ever recall cars entering so high and close to the rail in turn one. Kudos to track prep to not be dry slick/ dusty by Features.. Perfect night.
