Dobs is coming in hot, he won BOTH features last night at RCS - one of which was for the track championship.

According to my addition McCarl has just won the 2012 Track Championship by scoring 140 points tonight & Heskin scored 137 and even with the win he will lose by 8 points. If I am adding wrong I'm sure someone will correct me on here.

Too bad the official missed not one but TWO jumped starts by TMAC (he was supposed to start 6th in his heat yet somehow came across the white chalk line in turn 4 in 3RD place and it wasn't called back). The championship may have been even closer.

McCarl jumped wide on the original start of the feature from his 8th starting spot, Doug threw the yellow due to the jumped start, then Robert Bell and Ian Madsen got together in turn 2 (because of the yellow flag) and they didn't penalize Terry (which for the record is consistent with what they have done in the past when other drivers jumped but there was a crash or spin in the first couple of corners).

Having said that, the officials had to "debate" whether or not to penalize Davey for coming to the work area before the start of his heat race AFTER a pushtruck ran over him pushing him off for the start. They debated for a couple laps under caution before FINALLY giving him his original starting spot (when a car gets "ran over" by a push-truck, that's the tracks fault, they should always get their spot back (even if they had to change a tire or shock, the truck caused the damage, not the driver or team).

All in all, a GREAT regular season for all divisions and Garner said during his interview that they were considering jumping to the 410 class if they could get the funding together.

Doug needs to put an end to Terri and everyone else that jumps out of position. Nothing knew with McCarl though. Remember how they got all pissed off at Husets over not being nose to tail.
