Cutler has to be the ugliest futhermucker to ever play NFL QB- wouldn't call him a pretty boy!
I guess when you look at what Lovie has done with the players he has his record isn't horrible, but I also think he should get fired...... I cannot see the Bears beating the Pack and the Lions in that division this year..... the Vikings are really power flucked with 6 built in division losses.
I loved Ditka also but it was pathetic to get ONE Super Bowl win out of the talent he had, and he was a flop in New Orleans.

Yeah, Ditka's true colors came out when he hit New Orleans. All the yelling a screaming in the world won't make a bunch of mediocre players win you football games. Lovie's day will come like any other coach, but it won't be until he has a bad run of seasons. He has always managed to pull out a good year when he is on the hot seat. I would say after an 8-8 season last year, he may not be on the hot seat, but the seat is warmer than it was in 2011. He will have to have a disastrous season this year to be fired, but if he has two more mediocre seasons in a row, you will get your wish and he will be gone. Not saying he is the greatest coach ever, but management would be insane to have fired him when you look at his record to this point.
