I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to order Aug 18th Pas race......All I can get is 'THE SCREEN IS CURRENTLY OFF LINE" . Would you please post some instructions the site is NOT user friendly.

If you are seeing the Stream is currently offline - you are all set. The purchase went through.
You can elect to stay logged in or logout and come back at 5:30 Pacific when we go live.
Yes I agree, the interface is not as user friendly as I would like it.

Your system doesn't recognize that I'm in Texas, billing zip is SoCal. Now your "cookie" won't let me log on w/daughters CC# from TX. Anyway to fix this? Will be my first missed race and first attempt to get your stream. HELP!

so i paid for this event and now it says I'm not allowed to watch 3wide?
what is this.
I have never had a problem watching perris,other then when it said I was with in 100 miles,and im 600 miles away.Still i paid and now I can't watch?
wow help maybe?

When I tried to watch the races tonight, I got the following message.Sorry, the original zip code you entered is outside of the blackout radius. I have been able to watch the races before this, any help?
