Dude...don't you know Knoxville doesn't mean a thing, it's PA that counts! Oh wait, isn't he posse now because he once raced in PA?

I have watched Kyle since he first started race sprint cars out here in Cali...knew he was gonna be good....had no idea that he would get the support and breaks it would take to get to this level...awesome..
with that said he did get lucky tonight 2 cars in front of him both went out, Hannagan up in flames and Sides (who passed Larson) blew a tire, also Paulus was closing and going for the pass when he broke. Kyle only passed 3 cars all night and won....the real money is Saturday we will have to wait and see then...
The older I get, the faster I used to be.

Paulus was going for the pass? didnt sound that way on the radio broadcast, sounded like a solid 2nd. Yep, he did get lucky with cars dropping out, Sprint Car racing is alot of luck and getting the right breaks.

He is my darkhorse...a rookie ever won the thing? He had some help....narrow track all night. Some guys didn't transfer which would have hurt him if they did...seventh overall I think after night one...points overall low tonight though. I expect higher tomorrow. Good for Kyle though

Paulus wasn't anywhere near going for the pass. Larson was a good 4-5 car lengths in front of him.
That said, Larson admitted as much in his interview afterwards saying he got lucky, but sometimes you need to. Not sure how anyone can bash this kid who has won literally every big race in the country over the last couple of seasons. Not everyone is gonna outdrive you to win. Some will get lucky, and some will lead greens to checkers. Last night, Kyle probably wasn't the fastest car on the track but don't minimize the win because he was in the right place in the right time. There were 23 others out there who weren't in the spot Larson was in to capitalize.

Congrats kid. Would someone give this kid a full outlaw ride before we lose him to Napcar.
Dirt is for racing, asphalt is for the parking lot.
