The Nationals should only be involved with professionals if you are going to charge for video service.
Need better cameras ....maybe it is just a speed/clarity issue. I have plenty of bandwidth.
Very disappointing.

Mines been working good since it froze during time trials for a good 15 minutes but since i paused it and replayed it has been good. For anyone who has a PS3, I've been watching it on mine and its worked good, I don't have a laptop with a HDMI output so I figured I'd try it on the PS3 and its worked. Just thought I'd mention it in case someone has one hooked to their tv already but hadn't tried it.

4 year old Macbook using Google Chrome and I have not had one hiccup all night. Came on during hot laps, hasn't skipped a beat once, as good as TV for me

MSPN, it's frustrating as hell, number one, it's paid for, number two it doesn't compliment the sound because their sound keeps cutting out when it times out, you can't enjoy anything because you can't get two laps without it freezing for up to 10 seconds, then you have to wait another minute or more for the sound to kick in again, then it's out of whack with the picture so it times out again and you miss 2 laps of video and it starts again. I missed Donny's 6th to 2nd burst, then the crash in the third heat, most of the passes in every heat, eventually you realize you're not even watching it anymore.
I'm running an 8 core Mac Pro with 20 gig of ram and a gig of video ram so equipment is not the issue.

Steve, they emailed me with a new link and said most people were getting it now, havent han anything since early quals..

Same here MSPN They've emailed me 2 links and nothing....it just says "connecting" and nothing happens. This is like paying for a $25 steak from your favorite steakhouse and having the waiter drop it on the floor and then being asked to leave without a refund!

I bet it will cost them a pretty penny. I'm a sucker, already told them I would likely be buying again tonite like I have the last 6 shows but I did ask if there would be a discount based on what I received last night. Guess we'll see how they are at marketing......

Why wouldn't they give everyone a discount? I FINALLY got the feed back about halfway through the B-Main last night so at least I got to see the end. But I paid to watch the entire show, not the first 6 time trial cars and the very end of the show.
So basically, I paid for a Delmonico steak with all the trimmings and I got served a cheeseburger and fries.
I'd really like to watch tonights show, and I don't feel that asking for a "discount" is out of line by any means. So like MSPN said, we'll see how they are in the "marketing" department.

Had a couple "hickups" but was able to catch C, B and A with no problems. I expect hickups as shit happens sometimes.

I also asked for a discount on tonight, with no response.
You are charging to provide content - if you don't provide said content, then the proper response is to make it right with those who paid you to provide the content.
I was not as bad as some in this thread, I missed virtually all qualifying and the first heat race.
Turn 2 was very prompt in responding to email, even though it wasn't very helpful.
If it weren't the Nationals, I wouldn't think about ordering it, but push comes to shove and I want to watch it very much. Just wish they would show good faith in their product and provide some kind of discount for the content I was not allowed last night.
