Tentatively Jerry's service will be Monday at 2:00 PM at GUARDIAN FUNNERAL HOME WEST CHAPEL, 5820 NW 41ST WARR ACRES OK 73122, 1-405-495-9292.
There will be Grave side service at Rose Hill Cemetary on North West Hwy, all are welcome. Donations to your favorite charity in Honor of Jerry if desired.
