I hear there are still no 200's and they're not legal and 100's are getting low, just what you hear is not always true but could certainly become that way soon.If this is true it will certainly distract from what is the real greatest show on earth,I can just see it now, everyone on 300's to just even out the field.Tell us what is true if you know, please.

Paintboss, now thats funny right there. The Goodyear Knoxville Nationals and half the field will have to run Hoosiers or stencil Goodyear on the Hoosiers, not the first time thats been done.

When did this change take place??? I have not seen a press release from Lernerville's PR man or anything from WRG stating this change. Could you post it or get me in the right direction.....

No different than the year the Iowa Ford Dealers sponsored the event and required the Blue Oval Ford Decal be on each and every car. Some owners found some odd places to put the decal. Probably wasn't a single Ford-based engine in the field, but to the fan that knows little about the workings of a sprint car (20% of the crowd), hey, every single car had a Ford engine powering it.

I saw the Hoosier semi-trailer in town, but I'm sure its just here for the 360s. In the unlikely event they actually allow Hoosiers, would Hoosier have enough tires? Since its been planned to be an all Goodyear affair, I wouldn't think Hoosier would be producing the amount of tires needed for Nationals... just a thought.
