Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

You can't get it unless you DO live over a 100 miles away... That way people who live within a 100 mile radius of the track might go there instead of staying home to watch the stream. It's simple, they don't want to take people out of the seats because of the stream.
