Carnage along the back shoot @ the Cow Palace...Thank God that everyone was able to walk away without serious injury...Track deemed "Too Dangerous" for double file restarts and for good reasons...Again, thank God for the well being of drivers, fans and officials...

Details??????????

When sprint cars leap tall buildings in a single bound, that's never good...

When 2 minutes in the "Work Area" is not enough time to identify a problem that could result in a firey crash, that's never good...

When the cushion is higher than the jersey wall on the turnpike, that's never good...

While I'll be the first to say that a rubber down race pretty much sucks, it would have been better than the debacle @ the cow palace last night...Just sayin...

Opinions may vary...

I agree with ya Stan. A dry slick track, although sucky, usally leads to better racing and more passing than a wet narrow track with a low heavy cushion. Unfortunately mothernature often dictates track conditions, all day rain on friday surely didn't help.
