It would be cool if it was a 40's Hudson!! But it's just a lowly old 37 Chevy!! This is a copy of the picture used in the paper.

Bruce ; Since you have that 300 Ford 6 in the Red Racer, I thought you would have put your '35 Ford coupe body on it by now. Haven't you gathered all your swap meet parts yet ? Don't know why you would have that chevie hanging around your Ford garage ! Also I understand that Tom Burns from Joplin, Mo. will be down in two weeks to race with you guys in his 300 Ford 6 powered '29 Studebaker coupe # 6. We race again this Sat. at East Bay, then off ten weeks for hot summer & rainy season, back in Sept.--Oct.-- Nov. & Dec. asphalt & dirt most months. Bob

Bob, I have enough parts to start on the 35 Ford Coupe, but at the present time the old Red Racer and I are having fun!!
Yes, that's my understanding that Tom and his Stude should be at our next race on July 21st. It will be great to have another Modified with us on the track!!
Bob, wishing you luck Saturday and get things ready for second half of the season!!
