Let the fans show up and enjoy a great show.
Let Scotty worry about the business end of it.
Take all the energy spent being arm chair lawyers and promote open wheel racing to someone new.

Two thumbs up on that. I would just add lets help get the word out to friends and fellow racers and encourage them to come!

THE PROBLEM HERE WRENCH,,,,, WITH JUST PUTTING IN YOUR 2 CENTS,,, WILL NOT LET THE PROMOTERS OR USAC KNOW WHAT WE THE FANS WANT, BOTTOM LINE WE THE FANS PAY THE BILL,,,,AND WITHOUT,,,,, OUTPUT YOU DONT GET ANY INPUT,, THEREFORE THINGS GET THROWN TO THE SIDE,,, AND WITH THE WAY THE ECONOMY IS THE PROMOTERS NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR BASIC FAN BASE IS WILLING TO SPEND AT THEIR RACE TRACK FOR THE SEASON,,FOR ME THE COST FOR THE SEASON AT PERRIS IS AROUND $1.400.00 ,,,AND WITH A NEW TRACK WANTING TO COME ON LINE IN 2013, THAT PROMOTER NEEDS A LOT OF 'INPUT' ..ABOUT THE FAN BASE THAT WILL SUPPORT HIS TRACK ,,AND FOR YOU TO SAY THAT YOU HAVE 2 CENTS TO THROW IN, YOU MAY AS WELL NOT SAY ANY THING AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORT FOR A NEW TRACK,,,FOR VV TO COME ON LINE AS A USAC/CRA SANCTIONED ,,'USAC' EVENT FOR A SEASON, IT COSTS THAT TRACK MAJOR DOLLARS TO PUT UP FRONT,,PAID CASH EVERY NIGHT AFTER THE RACES,, AND I'M NOT A LAWYER, JUST LETTING SCOTT KNOW THAT I WILL SUPORT THE USAC/CRA 410 SANCTIONED SPRINT CARS SHOWS AT HIS TRACK.,,,, AND COMING FROM SAN DIEGO COUNTY TO VV ROUND TRIP WILL COST ME $170.00 PER RACE,,,A PROMOTER NEEDS TO KNOW HE HAS THIS KIND OF BACKING ..TO MAKE PROPER BUSINESS DECISIONS ,,, THAT WAS MY $2.000.00 WORTH...... Couldn't agree with you more Brett. Let's all do what we know how to do. You crew chief, Brody drive the car, Scotty promote the races, etc. IMO
