I would guess that hundreds of kids at the Handicapped summer camp that these fine gentlemen helped raise over $170,000 for yesterday just may give a damn, as well as their parents and families.
Personally I am proud to be a small part of the event, and I also find it sad that you are unhappy with the help they provided to those that need the help worse than most of us.
Thank you for your question

Just because they race in NASCAR now, when they get on the dirt to have some fun, it's not real racing. Please. If you were offered a ride in the Nextel Cup and a chance at making millions of dollars you'd jump at it to. Just be glad that so many drivers have that goal, and before they get there, can provide us with real racing. And when the ones that do make it come back to their roots, why boo them? They're coming back and giving us what we love. Real racing.

A man was riding his Harley along a California beach when suddenly the sky clouded above his head and, in a booming voice, the Lord said, "Because you have tried to be faithful to me in all ways,
I will grant you one wish.
The biker pulled over and said, "Build a bridge to Hawaii so I can ride over anytime I want." The Lord said, "Your request is materialistic, think of the enormous challenges for that kind of undertaking; the supports required reaching the bottom of the Pacific and the concrete and steel it would take! It will nearly exhaust several
natural resources. I can do it, but it is hard for me to justify your desire for worldly things. Take a little more time and think of something that could possibly help mankind."
The biker thought about it for a long time.
Finally, he said, "Lord, I wish that I and all men could understand women; I want to know how she feels inside, what she's thinking when she gives me the silent treatment, why she cries, what she
means when she says nothing's wrong, and how I can make a Woman truly happy".
The Lord replied, "You want two lanes or four on that bridge?

It makes about as much sense as the post you made regarding a football player's "worthless" softball game.
Out of curiosity and since you're very concerned about keeping these as "racing only" posts, what lap did Favre pass Boyer for the lead at the game?

The Kasey Kahne Foundation 358/360 Sprint Car Challenge just keeps getting bigger.
Ollies Bargin Outlet has come on board as the event sponsor and will be adding a $2,000 bonus to the winner of Wednesday night's 25-lap Challenge race! If Kasey Kahne wins the race, Ollies will give a $5,000 bonus to Kasey, who will donate it to the Foundation!
Jim Siegel will be competing in the event as well as Jesse "The Rocket" Hockett has also been an added special guest joining Greg Hodnett, Fred Rahmer, Chad Layton and Lucas Wolfe along with the top URC and 358 racers.
A special question and answer session with Kasey is scheduled for 5pm in the main grandstand.
Racing will begin at 7pm Wednesday night. Make plans to be a part of a special night of racing to benefit the Kasey Kahne Foundation. More information on the Foundation can be found at www.kaseykahnefoundation.org.
Should be a good show & my boys will love it!
