Please everyone don't think that CentralPaPosse represents all from Posse land. The majority of us do have knowledge of sprint car racing both on PA soil and outside of it.
But I did have a laugh over "until he gets some laps under his belt"....wow, really.

You are a complete idiot with no knowledge of sprint car racing if you honestly think Danny will get his "A$$" handed to him in PA. He was more than competative at the Grove a little over a month ago in the 98 (against the WoO) and the Zemco car is ten times the car the 98 is.
|
First off Mr. know it all.... the 98 car is not chopped liver. 2nd... Danny laid down a good TT lap and made it through his heat and had a good starting position in the A main. NOBODY was stellar at the grove in the last WoO show because the racing surface was one lane and nobody could pass.... Was you there??? LOL!!! And BTW... its COMPETITIVE not competative. You'd think someone who "thinks" they have knowledge could at least spell!!!

I hope you have that fork ready because crow doesn't taste very good. haha. I am not saying he will "clean house" but to think he will need "more seat time" before he is competative is unrealistic. Good thing it isn't your dime or you would be broke!! ;-) And I think Pittman might be qualified enough to carry Danny's helmet bag.
|
And your avatar proves that your rebuttal to all of this is due to the fact that you are a HOMER! Which is OK BTW. Kinda the same as the Sammy faithful.... drink the koolaid and wear blinders

Haha, wow. Thank you for pointing out my spelling error because that clearly has a lot to do with my knowledge of sprint car racing. So he "laid down a good TT lap" (by the way mister english teacher, what does TT mean?) so he knows the fast way around the Grove and doesn't "need more seat time" to be fast there (was that a run on sentence?). I am just using your quotes, sir.

Hey Teacher, I did not know you should or could start a sentence with the words "and", "which", and "kinda". (Hell, I did not even know that was a word!!!) Oh, and the koolaid is mighty tasty, you should try some. :-)

Are you comparing Brian Leppo to Danny Lasoski? Brian Leppo couldn't hold Danny's jock strap.
|
Because Danny ain't go nothing to hold, so why would he have one?

FOUR, count them, FOUR Knoxville Nationals WINS......that is almost 25% of Brian Leppo's TOTAL of 18 career sprint car wins.

I like how everyone acts as though he'll only be racing in Central PA. The Zemco car raced just as many All Star races w/ Stevie as regular PA shows. It's a car that races 90% time trial shows and uses the other 10% to tune the car.

Karl Kinser couldn't beat Krietz on a slick track at one time as well. I'd say Leppo and Dud are pretty comparable these days.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Who has more wins this year?
Who has More allstar wins this year?

That's because Krietz was running a Ford.
What's that? He wasn't running a Ford?
Another Chevy beat Karl's Chevy?

while we are on differences - Leppo received the call, accepted the opportunity and won all within 1 week's time...anyone want to guess during that time, how many demands and complaints he made to "put the deal together"?
Lincoln 1845 ft/.35 mile T1=118MPH
Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH
Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD
Grove 2792 ft/.53 mile T3=135MPH
Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH

Yeah, because a 1 race deal is the same thing as a whole season. Did it ever cross your mind that Danny already has a good thing going with Mark Burch in the 1m and wanted to make sure they could put the schedules together so all 3 sides were happy?

It's a shame they don't have one of them emoticons that says "I don't have nothing to add, I just wanted to be included with this thread", you could have really used it in this spot...
