Dude will be in it starting next weekend. I haven't seen any "official" release yet but racinboys.com has stated it many times the past few nights during ASCS speedweek. They also interviewed Danny and he confirmed that they are still finishing up the final touches as far as scheduling goes but he will be in it starting at PA speedweeks.

So this is a "done deal" like he was in the Pancho's car and the rest (the one he didn't ever drive)? Lasoski always has all this lined up and is always "finishing up a schedule." Aside from anyone being dumb to hire him, it's dumb that he can never just get in a damn car and race it without months of back and forth, talk, and everything but actual racing. Are they coordinating how much of the operation he is allowed to screw up without losing the ride? I could understand that taking months to figure out.
Zemco, if hiring him, clearly doesn't want to build a real team anyway, so they deserve what they get with him. They just want to stick someone in the car and get some quick, almost cheap, wins. Yea, what effort.

Ryder has built Mopars. It looks like that is what is needed the way Saldana has fallen behind. The last time Dud was in the hunt at the Nationals, he was Mopar powered.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

I t doesn't matter to me about Danny,he can win,he can lose, all I can say is you get what you pay for, sometimes you get a deal sometimes you don't,but in this situation the important thing is personality clashes it has happens all the time. Why does Zemco field a car? To boost their business,to just race when they wish,or if they were to go full time they could be awesome,a lot of talent in those mountains, not the Outlaws tour but even a steady local schedule would be great for them.......whatever happened to a handshake aggreement....just saying.....I just hope its successful for all involved, not a 3 or 4 race blow up.The Posse actually could use a couple "hot dogs" more for the fans and better racing, thats what sells tickets.

Actually, I heard the reason he was let go by Stewart was because the car that was Mopar sponsored and powered was running a Chevy that week....

Thats funny, I don't remember the Roth 83 in 2006 (4th place finish) ever being Mopar powered or the Arctic Cat 33 in 2008 (4th place finish) either. Granted that 4th place finish in the A in 2006 was from the back of the B so you might not concider that "in the hunt" but he was "in the hunt" for the 2008 title.

Not a big Lasoski fan, but he's shown over the last couple of seasons that he can jump into just about any car and put it up front. He's been fast for a couple of years doing things this way, jumping into different cars all the time. He'll be good with Zemco. Especially at the Nationals.

That's a good one! You're gonna get things started when he gets a win on Posse soil now...imagine if he wins Knoxville in a Posse car, this board will go on and on and on and on...btw, it matters nothing to me if he wins or loses in a PA car. Those boys get to enjoy another top notch driver every Friday at the Grove! Congrats

Are you comparing Brian Leppo to Danny Lasoski? Brian Leppo couldn't hold Danny's jock strap.
