That's what the sign on Skyway next to Tower Mart would have you believe. Going Westbound it says "It's show time - King of the West sprints April 4 & 5". Of course going the other direction on the other side it says "Two nights of auto racing April 4 & 5" but I figure that is just because they don't have enough letters to do the same thing on both sides. Now I know historically the Friday night show proceeding the Bradway has often had GSC or (now) KOTW talent for $12 but I don't think Friday is ACTUALLY a KOTW show. Right?

Oh yeah, huh? I'll have to see if the dates are wrong but good chance I'm wrong on that part. The rest of it I'm sure I've got right at least as of the drive home today.

You guys honestly think I didn't know this? Not everyone who goes to the races goes to the message boards or even the SDS website. The inaccuracy on the sign may not be intentional but doesn't change the fact that it is inaccurate. If a race track put out a sign for their regular show saying "World of Outlaws this Friday and Saturday night" when they had in fact only contracted with the WoO just for Saturday it would definitely get a sternly worded letter from the WoO. I personally think the Bradway should be a two night show but everyone has known for years that Friday before the Bradway is a bit of a "freebie" of sorts for SDS who gets the talent and the crowd without having to pay two night's worth of sanctioning fees. The sign just makes it more "vivid". KOTW SHOULD care about the inaccuracy of this sign.
