We're pleased to officially announce two new "bonus" programs for the weekly Budweiser Championship 360 Sprint Car division at Eagle Raceway.....Thanks to Terry Hurt at T. Hurt Construction, and Terry & Tracy Ledger of Electrical Systems, Inc., beginning this saturday night, the "Back Row Challenge" and "Podium Lottery" will give drivers a chance at an additional $500 and $300 awards after the nights events.... In the back row challenge, a driver choosing to start at the rear, that can race their way to victory in the 25 lap A Main event will collect a $500 bonus.... the top 8 in the redraw will have the first right of refusal. down to the next 8 in passing points, and finally the rest of the starters......if more the one driver chooses to participate, the one with the higher original starting position will get the right to compete for the bonus.......The last time we had the back row challenge at Eagle, Chris Roseland narrowly missed collecting the bonus when he raced from the rear to a 2nd place finish.....In the Podium Lottery, after the A Main is completed, during the winner's frontstretch interview, he'll draw from positions 2nd through 5th to receive a $300 weekly bonus........these, and the $100 weekly Hard Charger award should make the competition fierce as 360 drivers compete at Eagle for the Carpetland Cup again in 2012......A fine field of cars provided some great racing and opeing night, with veteran Mike Boston outdueling Trevor Grossenbacher for the win, Mitchell Moore, Gene Acklund, and sophmore360 competitor, Tyler Drueke, rounded out the top 5 finishers. Decatur, Illinois' Kaley Garst picked up the hard charger bonus advancing 12 postions from 18th to 6th at the final checkered flag....Racing resumes this Saturday night with heat race action beginning at 6:30 pm......................SC
