I bought 3 mos sub in Feb and have email saying I have access to Perris through the end of May - but it won't allow me to login??? Clicked 'send new password' and it says it sent one but nothing for two hours now... sent email to tech support and 3wide net - no reply .... nice....

I purchased mine about a hour before, and no problem at all. I've even started it up after shutting it down. I just had to put my name and zip code in again.

Like I thought, you recieved your answer over on the SCRAFAN forum, and from the horses mouth. I would hope you would post it, because they don't need unwarrented bad reviews.

WTF?

Well that's a tough one to deal with - because we have never offered a 3 month subscription. There was a three race deal for Ocala but not a 3 month subscription. Also - as far as I know NO ONE has access to Perris through the end of May.
I suggest you email [email protected] with the name, email address, the dates and the price you believe you paid for the subscription.
While our goal is to eventually add enough tracks and events to offer a monthly subscription - we are not there yet. As noted in a few other posts - we are about to announce some major changes. In short we are working hard to make our events some of the best live events on the Internet.
And yes - we are live now from Perris - we start heats in 15 mins

They're saying it's three month access to 'on demand' - but I watched it live and that's the email I got and it says nothing about 'on demand' and was told before I ordered that it was for three months ... whatever.... won't buy from them again...
