I Just Noticed Recently that USAC cancelled there 2012 NON WING Pavement Sprint Car Series here in the eastern part a the united States frown

Hope this Is Not Forever, & Hope the Silver Crown cars can Continue on, as these 2 division a race cars are some of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RACE CARS in the USA Smile

PS: I saw my 1st Ever USAC Non Winged Sprint Car Races recently, & Have to say, By Far Non Wing Sprint Cars put on the closest Racing ( May Not Be The Fasted ) in the United States & the Cars actually slide through the Corners Smile like dirt cars were meant to Do Smile

Non Wing Sprint Cars are # 1 in My Book, ashame they Dont Get More Publicity on TV

What Non Wing Sprint cars will show up for 2012 Little 500 in INDy ?

I've always wanted to see a sprint car on pavement in person, only real chance was when the NCRA boys back in the early or mid 80s made their trip north and would stop at the I-94 race track at Sauk Centre, Minnesota. Just didn't make the long trip. I believe they only raced there on the pavement a couple times, but they did very little to their cars as far as changing from dirt setup to pavement. Now you have to have a complete different car. I think Sauk Centre has been dirt for some time now???

Either Flat Out or Sprint Car & Midget magazine recently had an article about the huge decline of sprint and midget cars on pavement or maybe it was the decline of pavement tracks.

The Little 500 is a whole different thing to USAC pavement cars for the most part. They've had 33 cars every year I have been to it.

You would have wasted a trip. The only NCRA show at Sauk Centre was in 1993, the year before the track was paved.
