Is he out of the Rockstar Energy #57? Ive not seen him in hardly any results for the ASCS series? I cannot understand why guys like Shane Stewart and Paul McMahan cannot keep rides. These guys are the constant professional and are 2 of the best drivers in the country but yet struggle to keep a good ride. I wonder if a guy like Clint Bowyer would want to put together a 2 car sprint car team and put these 2 underrated drivers behind the wheels?

It all comes down to $$$$$$$$$. It has been stated that Shane Stewart will be in the #57 but they will be on an outlaw schedule running 410 and 360 shows. Shane is still running in Australia and picking up victories over there.

Shane has proven himself over the past few years. He and owner Paul Silva have been the best 360 team out there, and look at their performance at the Nationals the last two years. As Shane said at Knoxville last year," We don`t look at ourselves as a great 360 team. We are a great Sprint Car team." Unfortunately Paul isn`t a big fan of Emmet`s new ASCS format of racing more for less!

I hear, Shane will be in the 57 this year in California running 360 and 410 races. Paul Silva wants to stay close to home and not on the road. As far as Joe Gerte's (sp) 3 car, that has been a part time ride for Shane the past few years.

Why hasnt a team owner made an offer to make Shane his driver, and Paul the crew chief ? They have proven that they know how to win across the country especially Knoxville.

Splitting hairs here but he won $10,000 for that victory. It was paying $50,000 to win from the back of which he was not eligible since he started in the third row. The format is similar to the Front Row Challenge that TMAC puts on.

I thought it was well discussed last winter that Shane lost the RockStar sponsorship.

Shane showed up at Selinsgrove for a big 358/360 show last year and cleaned house. Granted he was in one of the best 360 rides in the area, but he still gained myself and alot of others as fans. Truely a class act.

Shane is staying down there as he knows he can't keep pace with Jason Johnson's new stuff.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

I love Fords as much as the next guy.........maybe more. But I seem to recall a little less than a month ago Shane flew home just to size up JJ's new NASCAR program and proceeded to stomp the crap out of it all three nights. Then he flew back down to finish up his business.
Of course, it's possible JJ had his 305 in that weekend doing some testing.
The greatest knowledge is to know that you know nothing

Ya gotta get to Sprint Car World. That was the Scott Darley Memorial $50,000 to win Shane won just last week.
Chevy power: WoO champ Jason Meyers, Finals Night champion Donny Schatz, BB Mod champ Matt Sheppard, Finals Night champ Tim McCreadie,WoO LM champ Rick Eckert, Finals Night champ Jimmy Owens as well as 98% of all 141 finals night entrant, Don O'Neal's Late Model wins 2011 Knoxville Nationals, Jimmy Owens wins Lucas Oil LM series
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.
