I'm thinking 14 WOO regulars and 20 of the KWS teams . (hoping)

Kyle Larson and several of the KWS regulars will be at Chico this Saturday. If you want to see KWS vs. WOO, figure on Toool-Are, I think.

Care to rethink that estimate Randy ?? I think we will be lucky to have 22 cars.

I think KWS will have a strong showing at the PAS other than just a cpl teams like at Vegas . So I'll wish and hope for 34 cars. But now how many think tony Stewart will fly in and drive for Saturday night ? . Vegas was fun but long lasting. All in all I had a good time and for me the sprints make me smile . Well done on the 360 show.

Tulare being a 2 day show, and much closer to NorCal, I would expect a much higher car count. Also, Tulare is one of the best race tracks I have seen for wing racing, sometimes on the bigger tracks they can get strung out and aero push can come into play. Even if you are a hardcore non-wing fan, Tulare is also offering 360 USAC non-wing action with the WOO on the Sat. Card.
Ticket Prices PAS $65, $50, $45 plus $8 parking Tulare- $40-$35 free parking.
Two PAS preferred tickets plus parking is $138, two tickets at Tulare is $80. I can not guarantee it, but I would bet the racing will be better at Tulare with more WOO cars and a pretty good field of 360 drivers.
As late as Wednesday, I was able to get a hotel for the weekend at a racers rate of $70 (if you call directely and ask for it). Kinda cool staying at the hotels with the race teams and also having an opportunity to talk with the crews while they prepare the cars in the hotel parking lots. If I'm not mistaken, Tulare allows you in the pits at the track in the early afternoon and than they kick everyone out unless they have a pit pass.
WIth everything considered- more 410 Winged cars, 360 non-wing racing, more racy winged track, less expensive ticket prices, reasonable hotel prices IMHO the Tulare show outshines the PAS show by quite a large margin. I guess if you really like WOO, go to both and judge for yourself which track has better racing. Now if it was a non-wing show, I would definetely say PAS has as good or better racing than Tulare. Some tracks just lend themselves to better racing to certain type of cars whether it be Wing, Non-wing 410, 360 or midgets.
And if you are definetly a Non-wing fan and would never be caught dead at Wing race, Ventura is holding a pretty big non-wing 360 show this week, All Coast Construction Race. All the top local 360 guys, plus Matt Mitchell, Mike Spencer, and Cory Kruseman are expected. And it's a bargain at $14.
Hopefully all three tracks get great car counts, but I would expect Tulare will have the most sprint cars and stars (wing and non-wing) on their Saturday Night show.

Weather forecast doesn't look great for Tulare next week. Looks like PAS might be the best option if you want to check the WOO this year near So Cal.
Let's hope there is a good car count for the PAS, but I would be surprised to see more cars than what were present at Vegas.

Thought this was pretty cool.
The PAS has advertised on a local radio channel the FROG country station .
I hope it really pays off for them . And the stands are packed.

One of the exceptions was Manzy, especialy the last few times they were there. It went from two shows a year, to one with a lousy fan turn out.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.
