We are coming from Australia to the US for the nationals this year. We have been previously before but stayed in DES moines in a hotel and hired a car. We would like to hire an rv and stay within walking distance to the track this time. We are flying in from Aus to La.
I have contacted a couple of rv places in DES moines and they have emailed me to say they have no available Rv for hire over the National dates.
Anyone know of any recommended Rv hire places not too far from Knoxville/DES moines with an airport nearby we could fly in from La which might have available Rvs for hire. (as I an unfamiliar with surrounding nearby cities) .
Also any recommendations of where we could set up the rv in Knoxville within walking distance to the track would be great as well.

You might check this out first,fly into Chicago O'Hare and set-up a deal to be airport picked up thru,The Truck Shop,Franklin Park,Ill. call 847-451-9662,good luck,see ya' there perhaps.Yes, they do have a few rv rentals,you could even write them the address is on-line.
