Bryson Mills had always wanted to build A tribute of the car his Dad had. He started gathering parts for it, he found the original engine a Wayne Headed 6 cly Chevy. He bought a T-Bucket body, had a Q-change rearend, found a ply. front axel, a manual steering box. These parts set for several years in Sept. last year he found out he had Cancer, he wanted to get this car together more than ever. The car was taken to Clark Racer's Shop, and His friend's steped in and started working on the car. Three month's later the car was taken to Bryson's Annual Chile Feed. Not done but, but done enough to be shown. It was taken back to Clark's shop and taken apart for paint & Powder Coating & to be put back together. It was taken over to Bryson's house for him to see, he was getting real bad by now, but his Hospic Nurse let him go out and see the car done. He told Kathy his Wife he was staying untill he got to see the car done, the next Thursday he Passed. This was a effort by a lot of Very Good People most were Kansas Antique Racers Member's. The Pictures are at the Chile Feed and at the Dinner after the Funeral. RIP Bryson

Dwane,

Great looking car! And a wonderful tribute to Bryson, and the Mills family racing legacy.

the crew worked long dedicated hours to get the track roadster finished. some member's involved on the project were ron classen, dallas fraz, bill johnson, vince mathews, don sheldon, david wheeler, ron coleman, larry hall, davey moore, clark racer, fred stewert, dwane wolfe. ken murray drew mathews.and john oiler. a fine race car was the result. ( i think the lettering was done by troy pulver.) just goes to show you what some OLD racers are capable of ... i asked bryson after he had made several trips s around the car at the chili feed , if he was hot lappin!!
