Looking for more advice on a 305 Racesaver car. I see the Mallory Sprint 2 mags for sale seem to be a bit cheaper than the Vertex ones. Are the Mallory's any good? Thanks.

The Mallorys are fine if you are on a budget. Just keep up with the points clearance. You may have to adjust them a few times a season.

yes they are good but remember they should be checked . Art Moose in DesMoines, Iowa does a good job on them. They also have water get in them when you wash car. Cover mag well with plastic. The worst thing you can do is just throw it on an engine and expect it to run good You never know on used stuff. I had mine checked about every 16 to 20 races.
