I'm trying to decide if I want to go to Irwindale or to Victorville Thanksgiving weekend. I've been leaning towards V-ville, but if a lot of friends go to Irwindale I might change my mind. Hmmmmmm. Decisions, decisions. LOL
RIP Chet and Mark. You might be gone but never will
be forgotten.

After doing the family meet and great I'm going to Irwindale and into the pits. I'll be watching the weather reports very closely all week.

June, my son and I already have our tickets for the Turkey Night Grand Prix. Pit passes have gotten too expensive for me at this event. I too will be watching the weather. I hope that Irwindale will post something on their website.

Now that the forecast says no rain, guess I will wander out the ol' 210. Like you say all our friends will be there and shmoozing with them will be worth the trip. The racing, not so much, but V'ville should be a good show on Saturday.

To all of you dirt racing fans....All of the components of asphalt come from the earth. Therefore it is dirt track racing. Okay, okay, so the dirt has been processed a bit. It is still of the earth. And the clay at Perris is also processed a bit. Just ask Don Kaserian. He processes it every week with his John Deere tractor and water truck.

To me this is an easy choice, spend the day with friends and watch some real good racing, or sit at home and do what ever it is that happens on Thanksgiving at a table full of relatives...(I'll admit, by the time the green flag waves, most of my relatives will be at the track). Nothing beats dirt but a bad day of racing beats anything else that I can think of...see ya at the track.

Like Chris said
Anyone know the schedule for Turkey Night?
Are there any discount coupons, flyers, etc? Didn't see any this year.
