Listening to this i really didnt get the answer i was looking for from Brian about why he didnt give Sides a direct answer? I guess as a owner of a company myself i would think no matter what the situation is that my employees deserve an answer even if it is the one they want to hear or not. After the attempts that Brian stated Jason made and the 3min talk he said they had if Brian seen Jason that many times in the pits why didnt he take the time to go up to Sides and tell him yes or no..Just going off of what i heard on this show.. I guess Jason could of made more attempts to contact him but also what attempt did Brian make to answer him.. Seeing post on here right or wrong and what Kendra stated the contract said about written permission when someones attempt to get permission fails because of the lack of reponse from the WRG what is the next step to get an answer? Just my thoughts thats it..

WRG will lose this case very quickly. This is cut and dry. They gave two other drivers approval. I'm assuming no other drivers who asked were denied or that would have come out already... someone can correct me if another driver did as and was denied to race at that event. And WRG admitted publicly they spoke with the driver briefly about the request and that the driver contacted them multiple times (regardless of method) for approval prior to the event and they neglected to respond in a timely manner. Sorry to all the WRG lovers or Sides haters. This case is slam dunk for Sides.

Sweet was the 2nd driver not because of him but because the contract Kahne had with the red bull team.. Your right sweet was part time and he did change the number but the Red bull team was under contract. Like Brian stated the teams and drivers are under contract.. Team being RedBull under owner Kahne.. Shatz had it in his contract to run his dads track.. Just my thoughts of what i have gathered...
