If you're tired of hearing of how terrific the Trophy Cup is, and have'nt been, here's another reason to go. Maybe some of our CRA heroes will strap on a wing and try for a shot at the big money.
Make your plans now for 2012. The Trophy Cup will run the 1st Annual Non-Wing show on Thursday Oct. 18th using the Trophy Cup format with 2 "A" main event. The 1st will invert 6 cars the 2nd will be a complete inversion. There will be an overall champion with a good point fund. Still working on the pay out, but will be over $20,000. purse. that is double what is normally paid for this type of racing at NTulare.
For the Trophy Cup all cars starting the "A" main on Saturday night will be guaranteed $2000.00 in total winning to start. All car owners and drivers remember if you participated in this years Trophy Cup you have first chance to enter in 2012 enters will go out May 1st and you will have 30 days to enter then I will open to anyone that would like to run. We are limited to 90 cars.

Dave, the Trophy Cup is a 360 race. It takes more than a wing for most CRA teams to compete at the Trophy Cup.
No official word yet if the non-wing portion is a 410 or 360 show. Could be wrong, but it makes more sense to have non-winged 360s since there are alot of local teams from Hanford-Fresno-Bakersfield area. Plus, the promoter could draw winged 360 guys to race on Thursday night without a wing.

Good point. I'm pretty sure it will be a 360 show, and I'll bet most of the West Coast 360 posse will be there. Maybe some CRA guys could beg, borrow or steal a 360 and strap on a wing. Of course Bud will show as well as Andy Forsberg and Golobic.
