After winning at Calistoga with just enough fuel, the Big Guy needed a fuel stop at Placerville...After the drivers meeting!

He told me he thought he had enough fuel in the quad, but that he
forgot the altitude correction factor needed for P'ville..........you
see, the scooter is jetted for sea level, and uses more fuel at higher
elevations, so of course he ran out. That's his story and he's sticking to it.

Hmmm, I believe the elevation in Quincy is even higher.
