What engine oil is everyone using in there 410 motors? what about the ascs 360 motors?

We use Vavoline VR1 20w50 in the cooler months, stright 50 in the hot summer. Never had a problem and it's available everywhere.

That VR1 is some great stuff. Of course we run a 305, so maybe autozone 10w30 would do the trick.
Never hit stationary objects!

I run Brad Penn in my 305 due to the high Zinc level for the flat tappet cam.
Pennzoil 25/50 in my 360 and 410.
