Looking for the name of a driver of a blue and white number 16 from eastern PA or maybe New Jersey. Ran in the early to mid 1990's. 410's Ran East Bay with the All-Stars.

Beat the outlaws at Lincoln in 93.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Don't know about the 51 attitude far from it or he would still be racing. I do remember one time Billy and Todd Shaffer got together and crashed in turn 3 at the Grove. Billy got out of his car Tackled Todd Shaffer and started to pound the piss out of him. Track crew pulled him off, and when asked why the fight he said "Fight!!! I was trying to put the fire out"....Well Shaffer wasn't on fire.......LMAO

Bill Brian Jr. was not the driver I was refering too. Bill was /is a heck of a shoe that I knew from him driving the Howard Stone 3 at East Bay. The driver I am trying to figure out was pretty much a rookie back then and probably only raced a few years. I think he raced the Grove back then as well. His head mechanic then went on to crew for the Hamilton 77. Thanks.

I will ask around the Williams Grove board and see what I can come up with. What was the name of the Mechanic. The Blue and White 16 Of Bill Brian Jr. is the only 16 that i know of from that time period. Unless his Brother Cliff Brian was in the car at that time.

After asking around I believe it was probably Scott Walls of DE.. He won a feature at Lincoln in 1993. It is kind of tough finding an answer without a pic. A pic of the car would open up some memories for sure.
