Can I ask -- and believe me, this is a sincere question -- what is the point of this post?

Is he the person that sold it to the construction company?

Sounds like Keith Hall to me - nothing new here. It is sad but it doesn't make him any more or less of a dirtbag than he already was.

Closure
In 2009 the Martins sold the track to Southwest Rigging and the company is set to level the site after closing the doors on April 12, 2009. The final event was the Donnie Davis Memorial. The real closure was when Mel Martin was voted out of the Arizona Motorsports Hall of fame.
