If anyone who is traveling on I-135 or US56 or K61 around McPherson, KS. If you need fuel don't I repeat don't buy it at the stations just off of Exit 60 of I-135 on US 56. One is a Philips 66 and the other is a no brand. They will suck your wallet dry. Go on into town a 1 1/4 or so to the Kwik Shop or 3 blocks further west to a KAPS. Those stations by the Interstate always have there prices as much as .20 to .25 higher. For example right know the Phillips 66 is 3.49 and the ones west in town are 3.25. They always have a spread like this. It use to be common for the ones right off the Interstate to be a little higher, but these people are just robbing people. If your from the Kansas area and a Dillons Plus card user Kwik Shop takes the Plus cards. So that is a plus also when traveling.

It's a shame and I question if it's legal. I filled up in Junction City on Thursday for $2.97 @ Dillons. On the way to Wichita Friday we stopped in Abilene and filled up with a Dillon's card for $3.07. The way the wind was blowing I figured we'd be using quite a bit. It's time to shop around some.

I was just informed on FB the no brand name stations is now 3.39. but the Phillips 66 is still 3.49. Kind of unusual there usually the same price. Everybody else is 3.25 and we have a stinking refinery. I think were still higher by posted price of .10 around the area.
