Chico, CA – September 22, 2011…With the Care Free Pools Racing team currently selling its operation, Northern California crew chief Brian Cannon is in search of a team to wrench on for the 2012 season
The 29-year-old Chico, California resident recently tuned Andy Gregg to a third place finish at the Gold Cup Race of Champions and in his career as a crew chief has claimed 56 main event wins at nine different tracks.
Cannon has also won six championships between the Civil War Series, Silver Dollar Speedway and Placerville Speedway. Lucrative wins he has wrenched drivers to in the past include the last two preliminary night main events at the Trophy Cup, the Pacific Sprint Fall Nationals, the Tribute to Al Hinds, the Pacific Sprint Cup Invitational and others.
In his career Cannon has worked for drivers such as Andy Forsberg, Ronnie Day, Stephen Allard, Brett Miller, Willie Croft, Kyle Hirst and more. He can bring various sponsorship opportunities with him and also possesses a commercial drivers license (CDL).
