In case you haven't heard yet:
Due to ramp parking issues, the Saturday night October 1 UMSS show at the Ogilvie Raceway had to be cancelled for this season. Ogilvie Raceway is not allowed to park vehicles in the turn 1-2 area when the sprint cars race there, and they needed to utilize that parking at the Big O Fall Showdown. Promoter Nate Fischer indicated he will work to resolve that issue for next year, so the sprint cars can return to this event. The UMSS looks forward to racing at Ogilvie Raceway in 2012.

P.S. Don't tell Ogilvie's insurance man but the last car I saw blow through the catch fence was one of those beloved Mortifieds that everyone is so enamoured with around these parts.

How were they able to run sprints last year?? Sprints did not show up on there schedule all season. I know people who go to the track every year, and they never heard any announcements this season about sprints running in the Big O...

Hey racerman123, Why the UMSS hater? Obviously you like sprint cars because you post the Arlington sprint car results and are always bragging that track up, so I would think that you would like to help promote sprint cars no matter what the sanction. The October 1st date has been on the UMSS schedule all year and on the UMSS website since it's release. I highly doubt that there is any conspiracy as far as fictitious dates.
Oh, and I am not afraid to post my name with my opinions,,, are you?

I just said that Ogilvie didnt show sprints on their schedule for the Big O show all season.. I know Umss had it on their schedule...Whats the big deal.... Whats with the super sensitivity??? I am not interested in who you are or what you like or dislike..........

Never said what I liked or what I didn't, and I do have an idea as to who you are. Just man up and sign your name and you will have more respect. You might get more support on a positive note instead of trying to sling sh**. And trust me, "ME" sensitive??? just ask my ex about that one... LOL

Nothing for me to get over racerman,,,, The only thing that I don't understand is why you are so adversarial? I just can not give you any respect for your opinions because you are not willing to stand up for your opinion by remaining anonymous.. but that is just me. I am glad that you enjoy your shows at Arlington, any sprint car fan is OK in my book as long as they promote sprint car racing overall..
