I tried to turn this post back to racing. But....
Remember this. Iraq never attacked us. The intelligence
that said they had weapons of mass destruction was flawed at best if
not an outright lie. Al Qaeda had no presence in Iraq until we
destabilized the country. The hijackers of 9/11 were Saudi.
As in Saudi Arabia whose rulers are tight with the Bush family.
Osama Bin Laden and his confederates continue to run Al Qaeda from
somewhere in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Algeria, Somalia, who knows.
I'm all for fighting the terrorists but we ain't doin' it where we
should be.
As OKCFan12 posted, a truly educated view is one that has been
examined from all sides-not just through the eyes of Fox News, Rush Limbaugh
or Glenn Beck.

sweeeeet. I have finally seen a highly intelligent political post by a hoser.
Anyhow I'd rather not think about dirt track racing as I'm a but bummed by it at this time. It's gonna be what.....3! more weeks until we have 2 sprint classes runnin on the same night. This makes like 4 or 5 of the best nights rained out. Best nights are when both sprint classes and modifieds are racing. So thats 3 str8 races i'd planned going to that were washed out. Now I know what it would be like to live in a rain forest.
but ok enough politics for the moment. Lets just all be depressed about no sprint car races.

There you go again blaming Bush for everything. I guess if Clinton had bombed the SOB (Osama) when he had the chance we wouldn't be in this situation. But i guess you'll figure out someway to blame Bush for that too! Blaming Bush is the easy way out for everything. Dont even get me started on what Clinton did, or should I say didnt do,when I was in the U.S. Border Patrol during his administration when he wasn't engaged in sexual relations or bleeding another S&L dry. I dont watch Fox or Glen and I think Rush is a pill popping idiot. Sounds like your the one whose onesided!
And as for my education, I have a Masters degree.
That's the end of my rant. As for the car count, nothing will change until Lanny changes. Or if it will ever quit raining on Fridays! LOL!
And there are some of us who'd rather watch Mod's than Sprint cars!

How 'bout the Bush administration not properly equiping our soldiers
in Iraq. It's pretty bad when they have to have their families
buy body armor off of Ebay. There's supporting the troops for ya!!
Never mentioned Clinton on this end. And yeah, he should have
been more aggressive toward Bin Laden after the Cole incident.
And tell me this: Don't you think it's just a little bit
bizarre that George H.W. Bush was meeting with Osama Bin Laden's
brother at the Ritz Carlton in Washington D.C. at the time of the 9/11
attacks? I'm not a conspiracy theorist but......

He was at a childrens school of some sort when the attacks occurred. The meeting you speak of may have happened earlier?

An idea, we start off with opinions on politics and maybe a discussion on racing will break out.

I do have one question, how is it that someone gets DQ'd from a race and still gets points out of it. Does anyone know what the rule is for that? I know for the "A" feature, they were not even shown for the end results, but when the new points list came out, it had shown where points were given.

Timms got DQ'd and some how still earned either 70-80 points. Just wonder what the ruling is on stuff like that.
Who do we get to blame all the rain-outs on?

George HERBERT WALKER Bush, 41st President of the United
States. Father of George WALKER Bush, 43rd President of the
United States.
USS Cole: Attacked in a Yemeni port October 12, 2000. Seen by many as a precursor to the 9/11 attacks. Attack was organized and directed by Osama Bin Laden and thought to have been supported by the government of the Sudan.
USS Stark: Struck by missles from an Iraqi fighter on May 17,
1987 while in the Persian Gulf during the Iran-Iraq war. Attack
is generally thought to have been unauthorized.
Might want to hit the history books to brush up a little.
