KINSER, DEWEASE AND GEROULD ON TUESDAY'S "WINGED NATION"
CONCORD, N.C. – Tuesday's "Winged Nation" will cover sprint car racing from the east coast to California, in a one-hour trip around the clock starting at 12:30 p.m. Eastern on www.MotorRacingNetwork.com. Steve Kinser, Lance Dewease and Bobby Gerould will join Kendra Jacobs and Steve Post on the program.
Kinser is the 20-time World of Outlaws series champion who just swept the weekend of racing winning his sixth and seventh victories of the season in North and South Dakota. The wins bring his career-win total to a whopping 568. The "King of the Outlaws" will check in from Black Hills Speedway in Rapid City, S.D. where the tour will compete on Tuesday night.
Dewease does the bulk of his racing in the ultra-competitive state of Pennsylvania where he leads the Speedway Motors Central Pennsylvania Sprint Car Point Series, Presented by Hoseheads.com with six wins. The Fayetteville, Pa. driver is wrapping up his 30th year of completion, 27 of those in sprint car racing. Recently he accounted well for the "Keystone State" with a ninth-place run in the Knoxville Nationals in Iowa.
Gerould is a broadcaster who covers sprint car racing from his home state of California, and also owns the popular website www.HammerDownUSA.com . He recently covered the Knoxville Nationals for SPEED TV and has his thumb on the pulse of sprint car racing across the country.
