Fresh off his outstanding Nationals performance, Daryn Pittman came home and won the first feature. Midget standout Steve Buckwalter won the second feature.
Nicole Bower set fast time at 16.5, which is very, very, very, very fast for the Grove. However, fast Grove = minimal passing.
Greg Hodnett was MIA due to vacation and Justin Henderson is still competing in the Midwest. They plan on returning to the Grove and Port next weekend.
It was announced at the Grove tonight that Ray Tilley passed, RIP Ray.
Chad Layton lost yet another motor in the Middlesworth #7
Doug Esh tried to pull a slider and ended up sliding young Brent Marks upside down.
I believe there were only 25 cars. Not sure about that though.
In his first night in the 17, Todd Shaffer finished 13th and 10th.
