More bitching and complaining...grow up. Did the thought ever enter your head that when rain is potentially in the forecast tracks are better off applying less water since nature will apply its own? The mud bogg mess of over watering is worse than some dust getting in your latte. The rain didn't come so they guessed wrong, oh well... Big friggin whoop.
