OK...he's not going to actually race. Just take a few laps around the track during intermission...
Former Presidential candidate and U.S. Senator George McGovern will get behind the wheel of a sprint car for a few practice laps tonight at Huset's Speedway. The 89-year-old skydived for the first time last year on his 88th birthday and evidently wanted to do something more exciting on his 89th.

Whew! that was close,I was waiting to scroll down and see if Sammy and Steve were there.Next,they will have the World of Outlaws Geritol Tour,then the Depends tour,I bet they have a few red flags in the that feature and they won't be changing just tires,but ,they probably will finish with the long black Cadillac tour.I hear Impact is making a firesuit with a trapdoor in the back for the old guys,hey look what is that bag hanging next to the brake pedal for,yeah just follow that little hose coming from under the front of the seat,its what?The Rahmer Bag,made in Posseland,wow,they think of everything.
