For those of you who may not have watched (or never watch) NASCAR Race Hub on speed channel, they aired a feature today called Shane's Story. It was a very touching and inspiring story that I think most race fans and non-race fans alike, would appreciate. I apologize for not being able to find a way to link the story to this post, and I wasn't able to find a video of it on speed.com. Hopefully somebody who reads this can change that because it's a great story that will give you insight into Shane's past, present and future. I realize Shane is not the only one who has had to deal with this type of life changing accident and my heart goes out to all individuals and family members who have had to fight a similar battle. Keep fighting, the possibility of possibility itself, is always present.

I think it will air again at 1 AM on Speed central time. I work nights so I plan to watch it then.

He was paralyzed due to a bad qualifying wreck at Terre Haute last year. Hit the wall cage first and it collapsed.

I don't care what this kid did in his past, This is a Sad deal to happen to any racer. Wish him the best.
