He was at this years Copper On Dirt in Tucson racing in his normal ride but with Brian Browns 21 on it. Sure seems like I've seen his name other places as well. He may have even won one already.

There was a rumor going around that he had done poorly in school and was yanked off the road by his parents.

Word was Hirst's last night night in the 2 car was the Bradway and stepping on his dick / flipping the car while leading probably didn't change that.

He isnt racing due to the fact his grades arent good enough. So his parents parked him for a while. He has raced several times this years.

IF this is indeed the case, I say we should all give his parents a round of applause.
In the world of star athletes being "spoon fed", "spoiled", "rich kids", it's nice to see that this kids parents have the priorities that matter at the front: EDUCATION
You can say what you want, but without putting the effort on his grades, his parents made the right decision to pull him off the road. Speaks alot regarding their morals.
I like watching the kid race (he ran K'ville quite a bit last year), but glad his parents are instilling in him that an education is more important than racing...,
And if he plays his cards right, having a good education will lead to better opportunities for him down the road (Sponsorships for example)....
