I understand that Princeton, Minnesota, ex Modified driver Andy Jones will be making his 410 debut at Husets tonight after sweeping the UMSS 360 race last night at Ogilvie, Minnesota. Modified fans might have heard of his uncle Ron Jones and dad Dennis who were both excellent Modified drivers. Ron won races all over the country so that name might ring a bell with some people. Andy has been winning in A & B Mods for several years up here and has been doing really well so far this season in his ex-Dollansky machine. Craig's shop is down the road a piece from the Jones shop and I hear that Andy has been getting some coaching as he makes the transition. Ogilvie is a similar configuration to Husets but probably more narrow and hooked up with that black dirt.
Please post a link if audio is available. Otherwise live text results would be nice.

Rob Ristesund from the Argus has had a live text going the last few weeks, but havent seen if hes doing it tonight or not.

There I go posting before thinking again. I've got Andy's cell number as one of my contacts and he likes to post on Facebook during the races. I'll probably just text him and see where he'll be posting. It would be nice to follow all the results but I can't complain even if I have to wait until later because I came from an era when we had to wait for NSSN to come in the mail.

Doug Clark gone from Husets?(if thats who you mean) He's an icon there. Been going there off and on for 30 yrs and he's been there. I think he will be hard to replace.

Doug actualy refused to flag with Husets new way they are wanting to pay him. And I'm sure he's gotten tired of the "flagging from the booth" that Husets tends to do
It's not a wall,grow some balls boy,its a cement
cushion!!
