Joey and April Buntin's home in Newcastle was destroyed. It was right across the street from Newcastle's elementary school. They were in the school and thankfully are safe. Just seeing the destruction north of el Reno and in other areas - had any of these storms directly hit highly populated areas - it could have been worse than May 3. Just seeing the damage north of town here - had this a been a mile or two further south. The whole town would have been decimated.

Since I had no power here at my house, today I went down I-40 to our family farm out in Geary to check to see if there were damage. It amazed me to see how wide that tornado was and the path it took. Of course crap was thrown everywhere and the big gas plant looked demolished as did everything around it.

OKCfan is right, if it were to head straight for El Reno it would not have been pretty...
