Whoo hoo! Cubes is back with his usual. Needless to say Pittman is no more from Pennsylvania than I am, but he's a hired gun and I respect the need for bragging rights. Judging by the crowd reaction, while people are glad he won and "represented" the Posse, it wasn't like when Lance, Fred or the actual PA drivers winning.

I am definitely glad Esh is okay, that was a scary flip.

Cubic as a die hard Posse fan your comments are even getting on my nerves. Am I excited a Posse car won again, yes, but you are giving 95% of the Central Pa fans a black eye. Believe me, not all Central Pa fans are like Cubic and some of the others who post on here. I'm am just appreciative of living close to some great racing. I also agree, it was nice that Pittman won in a Pa car but the reaction from the stands would have been alot louder if Leppo won have hung on and won. Hopefully the weather cooperates so we can do it again tomorrow.

All roads have always led to PA if you want to race. Posse races twice as much and has to pass twice as many cars, simple as that.

Sure I agree pa drivers are great in PA, but outside PA there is not one driver that does worth a shit.. Just saying! How do you figure they race twice as much? Outlaws race more by far. Eat it up now cubic dickhead because your so called posse gets beat outside their fence. No disrespect to anyone in PA besides cubic. You just really get under everyone's skin. You will eat your words!

POSSE drivers don't do well outside of PA??? Freddie, Lance, Donnie, Keith, Stevie, Billy the Kid, the G Man.......have won outside of PA! I'm sure I missed alot of others. A generation or so ago.....you had Jan the Man, Kenny,Scruffy, Lynn, Mitch, Bobby.....Nmerous drivers in the Hamilton or Weikert cars! PA is where it's at! As per usual!

I am not a fan of Cubic either, but It's not twice as many but Count the # of races on these schedules. What outlaw has 107 race schedule? So it looks to me some Posse drivers race "BY FAR MORE" than an Outlaw when they only have a 73 race schedule. So get you facts right before you go flapping you fingers.

You're forgetting the Outlaws don't just run Outlaw races. For example, Meyers showed up to Attica a few weeks ago and Schatz ran Knoxville last week. Lance definitely runs more events, but it's nowhere twice as many. And frankly, this argument that the Posse dominance at the Grove is something to do with them running more in general is nonsense. If that was the case, they'd be dominating everywhere (and they don't, see Posse results early in year at more neutral tracks, Volusia, Vegas, Eldora). The key is the extra laps at the Grove.

The cubic is a fisherman of sorts, and with his provocative post's he's just trying hook a member or two.... The cubic get's bored... He gets out the bait - then sits back and waits....Fish on!

Like fishing at a fish farm, a sure thing.

Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

BIGFISH is right, he's just fishing and fishing is great. There's a keyboard commando on every forum, and he's the biggest on here. I wonder if he's related to that Randy jerk from Missouri. Too bad most of the dimwits on here don't realize what these morons do for their own amusement.

Obviously, the Posse doesn't run as well off the porch or they would be running there full time. But outside of 2008, when the Posse are all together they usually hold their own at Nationals. Whether it's Hodnett covering for Dewease's terrible weekend or Pittman and Stevie covering for Rahmer's terrible weekend, there's usually some PA locals in the feature.

But yes, no argument from me, the Posse is nothing out of the ordinary off the porch. They won't contend for the win on most nights and that's what racing is about, winning.

By that logic, why don't extra the laps at a given track help the regulars elsewhere win so often (or ever) when the Outlaws come to town? Pretty much all the top Outlaws drivers/teams have been coming to the Grove for at least 10 years. So the best racers in the world, with bottomless NASCAR money behind them, can't adjust to a place to a they have run 50 times before or 100 times before?

The way I look at it is that Opperman, Wolfgang, Weld, Allen, etc aren't Posse, they just moved to the state to cherry pick the locals.

Thanks for the sanity!   I wish i lived that close to great racing every week, but I think everyone needs to put this in perspective.  PA has great race teams, drivers, and cars that defend their turf very well.  I think the WOO guys respect the PA guys especially when they enter their playground.  But once again seems like the 5% of the people you speak of have once again confused defending home turf with being better than.  Be happy with the awesome cars and drivers you get to watch every week in PA, but don't think you can run with them boys anytime, anywhere.  We don't need to go there again do we?

The whole darn show at the Grove is all but over. Track blowing off like sand in a desert breeze, top groove against the fence by the third heat, the good WoO guys ready for Depends, everyone running the same regulated equipment less impressive than stuff 20 years ago, silly rules left and right. We need to stop saying that someone is way better than the next guy. The bottom line is everyone is equally average. Outlaws with a truck load of rules is pointless.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Agree 100%. Could a Rahmer, Dewease , Hodnett, Pittman, Stevie Smith, etc contend on a regular basis if they competed full time with the WoO? Sure they could. They might take their lumps at first, but after a while they would get some wins, but you have to remember the Outlaw drivers are the best in the world and have access to the newest and greatest technology and large budgets and are all just very skilled race car drivers. I would say "as a whole" the Posse guys on a regular basis, are "the best of the rest" and we are very lucky to see such good talent ( teams and drivers) race on a weekly basis.
